What I always notice to my heart rate is that whenever I do some physical activities like running, lifting heavy objects or even when I got angry, I also feel my heart rate move faster. My heart beats faster whenever I'm doing work. It is not necessary to measure my heart rate after walking or running activity. Because its not a normal heart rate of mine. It needs at least 30 minutes to 1 hour rest so I can take the right and normal heart rate.
